因此,有研究數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查顯示瀝青面層的抗滑性,是由微觀(guān)構(gòu)造和宏觀(guān)構(gòu)造組成,也是說(shuō)這種構(gòu)造來(lái)源于混合料的配合比例。

在中國(guó)80年代就開(kāi)始有修建高速公路,那時(shí)的瀝青面層的結(jié)構(gòu),是屬于Ⅰ型瀝青混凝土,空隙率3%~6%,透水性小、耐久性好,摩擦系數(shù)也能到達(dá)要求,可是它的構(gòu)造深度較小,沒(méi)有達(dá)到要求。

At that time, the structure of the asphalt surface layer belonged to type I asphalt concrete, with a porosity of 3% to 6%, low permeability, good durability, and a friction coefficient that could meet the requirements. However, its structural depth was relatively small and did not meet the requirements.
而現(xiàn)代的是Ⅱ型瀝青混凝土空隙率6%~10%,表面構(gòu)造深,抗變形能力較強(qiáng),但其透水性、耐久性較差,所以現(xiàn)在還在繼續(xù)對(duì)瀝青混凝土面層被加以研究。
However, modern type II asphalt concrete has a porosity of 6% to 10%, a deep surface structure, and strong deformation resistance, but its permeability and durability are poor. Therefore, research on asphalt concrete surface layers is still ongoing.
多碎石瀝青的材料大多數(shù)是用碎石形成骨架,用瀝青砂膠填充骨架中的孔隙,與骨架膠合后形成一種瀝青混合料形式。具體組成比例是:粗集料含量69%~78%,礦粉6%~10%,油石比5%左右。
Most materials of multi crushed stone asphalt are formed by using crushed stones to form a skeleton, filling the pores in the skeleton with asphalt sand glue, and bonding with the skeleton to form a form of asphalt mixture. The specific composition ratio is: coarse aggregate content of 69% to 78%, mineral powder of 6% to 10%, and oil stone ratio of about 5%.
且這樣的比例,經(jīng)過(guò)多條高速公路的實(shí)踐證明,多碎石瀝青混凝土面層既能提供較深的表面構(gòu)造,又具有傳統(tǒng)Ⅰ型瀝青混凝土那樣的較小空隙及較小透水性,同時(shí)又具有較好的抗形變能力(動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度較高)。換言之,“多碎石瀝青混凝土既具有傳統(tǒng)Ⅰ型瀝青混凝土的優(yōu)點(diǎn),又具有Ⅱ型瀝青混凝土的優(yōu)點(diǎn),同時(shí)又避免了兩種傳統(tǒng)瀝青混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)形式的不足?!?/p>
And this ratio has been proven through the practice of multiple highways, that the multi crushed stone asphalt concrete surface layer can provide a deeper surface structure, as well as smaller voids and permeability like traditional Type I asphalt concrete, while also having good deformation resistance (high dynamic stability). In other words, "Multi crushed stone asphalt concrete has both the advantages of traditional Type I asphalt concrete and Type II asphalt concrete, while avoiding the shortcomings of the two traditional asphalt concrete structural forms
